We are looking for a nursing assistant for the night patrol at Vardaga Home Care, with a working rate of 75%. You will start from the Assisted Living facility in the Ullstämma district and, together with colleagues, be responsible for the areas of Johannelund, Ekholmen, Ullstämma, Sturefors & Bestorp.
Your mission involves home care work at night with our clients in the area, personal care, and responding to and managing safety alarms.
You will work in a team with several colleagues at night - a colleague is never more than a phone call away, but the job requires a lot of personal responsibility, flexibility, and decision-making ability.
You will work with delegation from a nurse (medications, insulin, and stoma - after completed & approved training) and express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing; documentation is an important part of the job. We work with time and effort registration in the TES system. We use digital planning in the Epsilon system.
You will be part of a work team with close contact with the group manager and good colleagues. Contact with nurses and rehabilitation is done through home healthcare.
The position is part-time, about 75%. You will work on a rotating schedule with duty every other weekend, starting your work at 21:00 and finishing at 07:00.
Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. A significant advantage if you have worked in a night patrol before. You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment.
You enjoy working independently and understand the importance of good communication in every situation. A driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
We offer a workplace with engaged employees, good community, the opportunity to influence, and present leaders who participate in daily work. Our employees receive professional development through our training unit LÄRA. We have collective agreements with occupational pensions and offer benefits such as wellness and shoe allowances.
We strive for an even gender distribution and see diversity as a strength.
