At Bråddgatan 31 home care, we are currently a wonderful and dedicated team of about 35 employees who provide services in ordinary housing. We consist of three care teams that perform services within the center of Norrköping.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a unit manager with a close and trust-based leadership and the opportunity to work right in the city center, close to everything.

We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to join us in creating the right conditions to provide our users with the best possible care!

Your responsibilities

Working in home care at Bråddgatan gives you a concrete opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing good care and service to our users. Our users' needs guide our tasks and may include assisting with personal care, support, service tasks, walks, and social activities.

The work involves motivating, supporting, and, if necessary, helping our users in all everyday situations. You are also responsible for documenting in journals and writing implementation plans.

We work according to a professional and rehabilitative approach where user focus is always number one for us.

Who are you?

We are now looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, according to the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare. We view positively if you have experience in care and support work.

We see that you are a secure and flexible person who takes initiative with consideration and understanding of the framework of the operations.

You gain energy from meeting others and creating meaningful relationships to collaborate and contribute to the best of the operations. You thrive in collaboration with other colleagues, and through a professional approach, you have the ability to understand someone else's perspective or situation.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you have a calm and accommodating manner, even in stressful situations. Together with engaged colleagues, you create security and a meaningful everyday life for our users and have the ability to meet each person based on their individual needs.

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

It is expected that you take the delegations that the operations require.
