CanMan is a rapidly growing company in the beverage industry. We specialize in canning drinks and have operations in several locations in Sweden, including Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, and Östersund. The company has recently made investments to expand its production facility in Gothenburg and has a new co-owner in Kiviks Musteri since the beginning of 2024.

Job Description:

Do you have an interest in the packaging industry or brewing sector and want to be part of an exciting journey in a fast-growing company? Then we have the job for you!

Your job will be to operate one of our mobile canning machines based in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is handy and resourceful with knowledge of machinery. The work is carried out independently under your own responsibility at the customer's site.

The job involves traveling with overnight stays in other locations, both within and outside Sweden. With Stockholm as the base, the work is primarily conducted at other locations with overnight stays from Monday to Friday, and in some cases, travel may be required on weekends.

Your main tasks will include:

Transporting canning equipment and installing it at the customer's site.

Planning and executing the canning process and ensuring that the right quality is achieved.

Constantly striving to meet set goals and improve work processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education or equivalent work experience. We also require a B driver's license, as travel to customers is done independently with a work vehicle. You are quality-conscious, driven, meticulous, and have the ability to identify, analyze, and practically solve problems. Furthermore, you have a desire to develop and grow. You are a team player who enjoys working with different colleagues within the company and switching between various tasks. In addition to suitable knowledge and experience, we place great importance on personal qualities.

Experience in the packaging industry, preferably with a connection to breweries or the beverage industry, is an advantage. You have a strong understanding of independently driving your work forward, but you are also detail-oriented and able to take instructions well, being a good listener. You find it easy to work in a team with people under sometimes stressful situations with work hours that can often be long. As a person, you are also goal-oriented.

This is a full-time position.
