About the role

The reception creates the first impression for visitors and places high demands on service and reception. As a security guard in the reception, you are the first point of contact for every case, which means you must be able to prioritize according to needs and make quick decisions. We staff the reception on weekdays during the day, where your tasks include both traditional reception duties and security issues.

Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Handling incoming calls and emails
• Other administrative tasks
• Patrolling the property

Who are you?

As a person, you are positive, service-oriented, and appreciate variety in your work. With your professionalism and commitment, you provide star-class service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Can easily learn new digital systems
• Preferably has previous experience in a service role, such as a receptionist (meritorious)
• Preferably has Security Guard training (meritorious)

About the position

• Employment type: Hourly employment as needed

The role is classified in a security class, and a security screening according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
