About the role
As a Marketing & Sales Executive at SEOL, you will have overall responsibility for shaping, owning, and driving the company's marketing and sales strategy. The role combines strategic work with a strong operational focus and encompasses the entire chain – from brand positioning and lead generation to sales and closure.

The role involves responsibility for building structures, working methods, and strategies that drive growth, while also executing hands-on in day-to-day operations. This is a position for someone who both sets the direction and ensures execution, with clear mandate and significant influence.

Main responsibilities:

• Own and develop the sales-driven marketing strategy with a focus on digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and partnerships
• Drive and develop lead generation – from conversion strategies and pricing strategy to outreach, qualification, and closure
• Be responsible for the entire sales journey, from first contact to completed business
• Work data-driven with analysis, follow-up, and insights to continuously optimize marketing and sales efforts
• Create conditions for future scaling and eventually establish and lead your own team

We are looking for someone with experience in marketing and sales in growth companies or entrepreneurial environments, who is used to taking significant personal responsibility in roles where structures are built while the business develops.

You have actively worked on your own personal development and see this as a foundation for long-term success. Reflection and continuous development are an obvious part of your work and approach.

Good commercial understanding and analytical ability are combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. You are confident in making decisions, prioritizing, and driving initiatives forward, while being unpretentious and ready to work operationally when required.

You are driven by creating growth and measurable results, take responsibility for your area, and have a long-term perspective on business and relationships – in line with SEOL's view on leadership and development.

We expect you to have:

• A background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and CRM
• Documented experience in prospecting and creative lead generation
• Experience working data-driven and using analysis to drive business decisions
• Comfortable switching between strategic and operational work
• Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility and a fast pace
• Motivated by building, developing, and creating results in a startup environment

Location & application process
This is a full-time position that is open to hybrid or remote work, although presence in the Stockholm office is appreciated. The position starts as agreed, preferably as soon as possible.
