Store Associate at Coop Växjö Oxtorget

We are now seeking a new team member for our store Coop Växjö Oxtorget. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and readily come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will work with all common tasks in the store, such as:

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and fronting products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and waste
• Conducting self-checks
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes high tempo, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in grocery retail and service is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 10 hours/week with start date according to agreement. Working hours are mainly in the evenings and weekends, but daytime shifts may also occur. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.
