About the Job

We are now looking for nursing assistants for the home care units in Fiskebäck and HagenGrimmered with premises on Redegatan.

We are currently seeking nursing assistants for five permanent positions. We, your future colleagues, see that you are attentive to the needs of the care recipients, we work for good quality and a good working environment where the team is our foundation. We wish for you to have a professional and responsible attitude, but still have a sense of humor as we care for our teamwork. As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work together with reception representatives and care supervisors at the central office who support us in our care work.

Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to joy and well-being. The goal is for the care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we are here for. Our operations are ongoing every day, which means you will work days, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule.

Work in home care means that you support and assist the care recipient in their own home based on approved services. You will travel to the individual's home on foot, by bike, or by car. Our surroundings are very beautiful. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse. All documentation is done digitally.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.

About You

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced.
• Experience with cycling.
• Since we document and communicate in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write in Swedish.

Meritorious but not a requirement

• Work experience in care and support.
• B driver's license.

Personal Characteristics

As a nursing assistant in home care, you are friendly and helpful to others even in a stressful situation. In your work, you take responsibility for your own and the group's tasks. You are also keen to complete what you have started and ensure that the work is done correctly. You communicate information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. You ensure that your message gets through. The tasks vary, so it is important that you can adapt how you work when things change.
