Relationship-Building Salesperson with C License

We are now looking for a Salesperson with a C License & YKB who is driven by freedom and responsibility. About the position

As a salesperson with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver the right bread, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the right time, to the grocery stores you are responsible for. You are service-oriented and goal-focused, and you build relationships with our customers. You focus on creating trust and helping our customers drive their sales/profitability and sell products from their stores. You present new products, suggest appropriate assortments, and are responsible for activities and campaigns in-store.

Who are you?

This is a job for you who are social and outgoing while being results-oriented with the ambition to succeed. In your daily work, you will meet many people in grocery stores. Creating contact and building relationships is something you enjoy. At the same time, you are driven to achieve results, face challenges, and reach new goals. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in sales and/or in a grocery store. Since this is a role where you drive one of our bread trucks, a C driver's license is required.

Polfärskt Bread is a nationwide distributor of bread and cakes to the grocery trade. The company has a turnover of approximately 3.1 billion SEK and sells and delivers some of the market's strongest brands in bread, including Polarbröd, Korvbrödsbagarn, Fazer, and Skogaholm. Polfärskt also sells bread from Hatting and Brödverket as well as coffee bread from Gille and Hägges. 51 percent of Polfärskt Bread AB is owned by Polarbröd AB. The rest is owned by the regional and self-owned Polfärskt companies that handle distribution, sales, and local service.

Together with our customers and partners, we create attractive, profitable, and selling bread departments in all grocery stores in Sweden. We do this through local ownership and central community in a unique combination.
