We are currently seeking nursing assistants for Östermalm's home care and Hårstorp's home care and are therefore recruiting jointly.

Your future tasks

You will work as a nursing assistant in home care where you perform approved care and support measures for customers in their homes. Your tasks include personal care, social support, meal preparation, escorting, delegated medical tasks, and service tasks such as shopping. You document in the operational system Lifecare and use Lifecare Mobile Care (LMO) and participate in creating implementation plans together with the customer. Work takes place during the day and evening and every other weekend according to a schedule. Östermalm's home care and Hårstorp's home care operate from the same premises and have a close collaboration, therefore you are expected to sometimes work at the other unit. We travel to our customers by walking, cycling, and driving.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is stable in stressful situations where you can maintain a realistic perspective and focus on the right things with personal maturity and good judgment. You should dare to be independent and have good collaboration skills with both customers and colleagues. We want you to have a professional approach with a holistic view of quality, communication, and care by being aware, stable, and structured in the work you perform. You are an empathetic person with a positive attitude towards your work through a service-oriented approach. As a person, you contribute to a good work environment through a good reception at your workplace. A valid B driver's license is required.
