Your New Workplace
We are now looking for a trained nursing assistant who wants to work with us in Stöde Home Care / Assisted Living Knutsgården.
We are a team that collaborates both indoors and outdoors.
Stöde Home Care / Knutsgården operates from premises in Knutshemmet / Knutsgården. We are a dedicated team of nursing assistants, care assistants, managers, administrators, and nurses. The work area covers central Stöde and the surrounding countryside, and we travel to care recipients by car. The operations are conducted both outdoors and at the assisted living facility Knutsgården, where the focus is on safety and meaningful activities.
A good working environment is important to us. Managers and employees work together for a positive work climate characterized by joy, collaboration, and collegial support. We offer close support during the introduction as well as assistance with documentation and implementation plans. With us, there are several areas of responsibility that provide opportunities for deepened competence, development, and responsibility – both individually and in groups.
We offer a meaningful and varied job focusing on care recipients. You perform care and service tasks of good quality in the individual's ordinary home, based on varying needs – from practical chores to qualified care and health care services. Safety and good treatment are central, and the work is done in collaboration with other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to ensure good and safe care.
Your Contribution as a Nursing Assistant
In the role of nursing assistant, you contribute to achieving the goals of the operations and are responsible for completing the tasks. You provide service and good care based on the individual’s decisions, ethical considerations, and perform delegated health care tasks. You carry out your work professionally and meet care recipients with attentiveness and respect.
Your tasks include:
- providing care and service to care recipients with good quality.
- being the main care contact, which means having a coordinating responsibility around the care recipient.
- establishing and following up on implementation plans in dialogue and participation with the care recipient.
- cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
- documentation according to SoL and HSL.
- risk assessments regarding the care recipient and the work environment.
- supervision of new employees and students.
- development of the operations and your own working methods.
- performing delegated tasks according to HSL.
The work is varied, and you work both independently and with colleagues. The job requires a high level of commitment and active participation to develop and improve the operations.
Your Competence and Experience
You are a trained nursing assistant with an interest in working with people. Through attentiveness to the individual’s needs and good treatment, you create safe and secure care. To succeed in the role, you are responsible and engaged with the ability to understand other people's situations. You have the ability to collaborate, create, and maintain good relationships with both users, relatives, and colleagues. The work requires you to speak and write in Swedish and to understand and engage with written information. Our operational and documentation systems are prerequisites for fulfilling our mission, so you need to have basic digital competence.
A driver's license and access to a car are required as bus connections are poor at certain times and periods. Working hours are scheduled with day, evening, and weekend shifts. We will also soon enter Sustainable Staffing, which allows for evening or permanent weekend work. The schedule may vary.
We place great importance on personal suitability!
