At Bergkvarabuss, we operate school buses, scheduled services, and charter traffic. Our most important mission is to conduct safe, secure, and reliable bus traffic together with our transport authorities and clients. We are now looking for an engaged coordinator for our vehicle maintenance in the Ängelholm contract area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of coordinator for our vehicle maintenance staff, you will work with your team to service and prepare the buses for our customers. You are responsible for ensuring that the buses are clean, fueled, and tidied up, all while focusing on Bergkvarabuss's environmental requirements. Furthermore, you will perform safety checks on our vehicles and report according to routine.

In addition to performing tasks as a vehicle maintenance worker, we also want you to coordinate the team's work:

• In consultation with the Operations Manager, lead and plan work.
• Monitor workplace safety tasks.
• Ensure that the wash bay and other work areas are in good condition.
• In consultation with the Operations Manager, ensure that the staff is properly trained.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by your immediate supervisor.

In this role, you will report to and are expected to regularly check in with your immediate supervisor, the Operations Manager in the Ängelholm contract area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: A B driver's license is required, a D driver's license and YKB are advantageous. Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or large-scale washing is also strongly meritorious. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working hours are varied; you will work early mornings, late evenings, and nights.
