You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in economical driving. Together, we work towards becoming fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with a workload of 66% starting immediately. Your working hours will be scheduled on weekdays between 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM and Saturdays between 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM. The workweeks can be scheduled either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will start from Vevaxelgatan 8.

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job you will do alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to rely on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you will be sitting during the drive, but you need to be able to exert yourself when picking up and delivering. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned situations require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Driver's license B and experience driving a car. In this position, you need to have held a driver's license for at least two years.
• Swedish spoken and written
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
