We are now looking for summer substitutes with a C driver's license and valid YKB for our waste collection!

About the Position

As an environmental worker in the collection, you primarily work with the collection and emptying of household waste from villa customers and multi-family houses in Norrköping and surrounding areas. There are four-compartment bins where the customer sorts their household waste, newspapers, glass, plastic, metal, and paper. All work performed is registered in the vehicle computer, and you drive on a route according to a mapping program. In addition to driver duties, administrative tasks are also included, as well as noting and handling errors and deficiencies at the collection site or in customers' sorting results.

With us, you will have a varied job and be part of a workgroup of 19 drivers, one transport leader, and one group manager. The work is performed individually or together with colleagues, and the working hours are daytime Monday to Friday. The work will be based at Malmgatan 5 in Butängen.

About You

You are an experienced driver with both a B driver's license and a C driver's license, as well as a valid professional competence certificate (YKB). The work is physically demanding, so you need to enjoy a mobile job and have good physical fitness. Since the work involves using digital tools, it is important that you are comfortable with and have experience working with such tools. Previous experience in the waste industry is an advantage.

To succeed in this position, you are a proactive and engaged person who enjoys a varied physical job at a fast pace. You are self-sufficient, meticulous, and care about performing your work with good quality. Furthermore, you are a loyal employee and work according to the organization's goals, guidelines, and policies. In the role of environmental worker, you will meet Nodra's customers daily, so it is important that you are communicative, have a good sense of service, and always put the customer first. The work is done together with your colleagues and therefore requires good collaboration skills.
