Strand Hotel in Arild is the small family-owned hotel with great personal charm.

We operate both a hotel (13 rooms) and a restaurant. Our guests come to us seeking a peaceful stay, enjoying nature and our appreciated food. We open for Easter and our high season runs from July to early September. We round off our season with a Classic Skåne Goose Dinner at the end of November.

As the season kicks off for Easter, we are now looking for a head waiter/waitress.

· In your role as the main responsible server, you will actively work in the operation within serving.

· You have good experience in the serving profession and also enjoy leading the rest of the serving team during weekends and summer.

· You are responsible for training new serving staff in serving, our routines, and upselling.

· You have the ability to optimize the flow in the dining room to streamline service and sales.

· You are organized and meticulous, both in guest interactions and back office.

· You are proactive and on quieter days, you see which areas need cleaning/organizing, etc.

· You have a strong work ethic, even during more intense periods.
