About the Role

We are now looking for new security guard colleagues for one of our stationary clients in Härnösand.

As a security guard, you have a genuine desire to create good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. In our government assignment in Härnösand, you deliver safety by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order.

You do this by being present at your workplace, which hopefully provides a calming effect, but if the situation requires it, you are expected to act and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems. As a security guard, you are employed by Securitas but work under the police authority's regulations.

This position is suitable for you who enjoy working with people and want to make a socially important contribution. We have a strong community and a wide range of experience among us colleagues that allows us to handle most situations. If you want to be part of a close-knit team, this is the position for you. We work day and night, every day of the year.

Requirements

Requirements

• You have a security guard education and a valid security guard license
• You have passing grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• B driver's license

We see that you are a stable and stress-resistant person who can handle pressure and manage setbacks well. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded in your interactions with the public, but also understand the responsibility in your role and can remain objective when required. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good collaboration with both colleagues and clients. It is advantageous if you have experience or knowledge in dealing with people and that your work is characterized by a desire to help others, regardless of their backgrounds. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability for the position.
