We are currently seeking a consultant in strategic procurement for our client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on April 13, 2026, and run until April 13, 2027, with the possibility of a 2-year extension.

About the assignmentAs a Strategic Purchaser, you will independently lead and conduct procurements within property-related services. You will also independently lead and conduct procurements in all areas of indirect material categories such as communication, training, etc. Additionally, you will lead and conduct procurements in other categories such as IT and remedial actions for the power system if needed.

Examples of tasks

• Lead the work of developing procurement strategies

• Lead the work of conducting RFIs

• Lead the work of developing and designing tender documents

• Lead the work of establishing a process for evaluating bids

• Support and sometimes lead clients in developing requirements

• Conduct handover of completed contracts to clients and provide support during the contract period if needed.

• Continuously ensure that processes and legal requirements in the procurement process are followed (LUF).

• Contribute to business development within Procurement in general

Other: Start: April 13, 2026End: April 13, 2027Scope: 80-100%Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of 50% remote work.Background check: Security clearance and register check are required.Employment form: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• The consultant must have at least 10 years of experience in strategic procurement

• The consultant must have at least 7 years of experience leading the procurement of services in the public sector according to LUF or LOU.

• The consultant must have at least 2 years of experience leading procurements of property-related services (Facility Management).

• The consultant must have at least 2 years of experience conducting and leading procurements according to negotiated procedures, including negotiations with bidders and suppliers

• The consultant must be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience conducting public procurement according to LUF

• At least 3 years of experience in developing, analyzing, and improving contract templates for services.

• Experience in conducting at least one security-protected procurement
