Araslöv, a historic estate now hosting a resort in an unparalleled scenic environment. With us, you will find a warm and welcoming nature-inspired atmosphere, which is likely one of the main reasons we have so many returning guests. In addition to overnight golf players, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our daily life at Araslöv.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will work with our à la carte menu, which means that working hours are only in the evenings. We place great importance on the personal meeting with our guests, where we expect each day to be filled with a positive and professional approach. Your role includes providing personal service, keeping the restaurant inviting and fresh, being accustomed to working quickly and efficiently, as well as guiding, recommending, and serving food and drinks to our guests.

Your Background/Your Qualities

Applicants need to have prior experience in à la carte service. As a server in our restaurant, you are a cheerful and service-oriented person who has a very good ability to contribute to the guests' overall experience. Since it is your responsibility to inform about the food being served and to recommend accompanying wines, we wish for you to have an interest in food and wine.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and see that you possess social skills, value guest satisfaction highly, and ensure to always deliver personal service to our guests. You are a team player and flexible when it comes to covering for colleagues with other tasks in the operation. At the same time, you have no problem working independently and making good and quick decisions. You are resilient to stress and take on new challenges with a smile.

A manual B driver's license is a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Information and Contact

This position is a seasonal employment, starting in early April and lasting until the end of September or mid-October, depending on agreement. The working hours vary from 50–100%. The work schedule includes both daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends, so it is important that you can accommodate this.
