With us, you make a difference

We perform contractually agreed gardening services for housing cooperatives in Ängelholm and surrounding areas, and actively work to develop our customers' green environments. The gardening team focuses on pure gardening and maintenance of grass areas.

Daily tasks include weeding planting areas, weed control on hard surfaces using various methods, pruning, hedge trimming, tying climbing plants, and edging. For some of our customers, we handle planting and maintenance of seasonal flowers throughout the year. We also ensure to highlight and communicate the development potential we see to our customers, thus creating varied and enjoyable tasks while delivering added value to the customer. In addition to daily tasks, supervision, litter picking, and basic cleaning may occur as needed.

The work as a seasonal employee is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment.

You work in a team, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors and stay physically active all day. The job includes driving vehicles with trailers and everything that entails.

The mobile phone is an important work tool. It is where we communicate and where you keep track of your email, manage time reporting, and similar tasks.

You contribute with your skills and commitment

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You have a strong interest in plants and green space maintenance or a curiosity and desire to learn. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you work in a team, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere in the workgroup. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with residents in the housing cooperatives. You are practical and enjoy being active.

Education and previous experience are meritorious but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. A B driver's license for a manual transmission is a requirement.

The season runs from the beginning of April to the end of October. You will be based at our office in Ängelholm but may work throughout the entire market area.
