We are looking for a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist to support an organization with both warehouse and office operations. In this role you will help secure efficient transport flows and ensure strong trade compliance, working closely with forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders. The assignment includes both operational coordination and structured follow-up through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvements.

• Support the selection and day-to-day management of forwarders and customs brokers.
• Ensure efficient and well-documented loading and unloading processes.
• Verify billing accuracy and follow up transportation costs.
• Prepare transportation performance reports and track KPIs.
• Manage service quality issues, claims, and operational deviations with forwarders.
• Ensure smooth import/export flows by maintaining correct documentation.
• Provide guidance on export control and customs regulations.
• Maintain accurate trade compliance records and support audits.
• Support improvements in systems and related processes.
• Maintain master data and support import/export transactions.
• Promote awareness by sharing knowledge on relevant laws, tariffs, duties, and licenses.

• Strong understanding of transportation logistics and customs procedures.
• Experience in trade compliance, including SAP GTS or similar systems.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

• Experience working with KPI-driven follow-up and performance reporting in transportation/logistics.
