JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for someone who enjoys the freedom of working on call for the municipality's nursing group!
As a nurse in the on-call service, you will work evenings and/or nights according to a schedule. You will be responsible for the entire Hörby Municipality in the role of on-call nurse. In the evening, you will be responsible, together with a colleague, for the municipality's collective needs for home healthcare in regular housing, in our special accommodations, and within the support services. We are now looking for a colleague to work evenings.
In the role of on-call nurse, you will work closely with responsible nurses during the day, staff in regular housing and special accommodations, as well as the municipality's night patrol. Your work will include planned and unplanned visits, as well as guidance, supervision, and training of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse with prior experience in municipal home healthcare. You need to be confident in your professional role and able to work independently. As a person, you are resilient to stress and comfortable making priorities in your work; you are confident in assessing health and medical needs and have the ability to guide and supervise staff. The work requires medical competence, independence, and flexibility.
We place great value on good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and engagement towards both patients and colleagues. To thrive in this job, you need to be focused on change and development, engaged and receptive, and have the ability to create a good work environment.
You have good computer skills and express yourself well in speech and writing. Documentation is done in LifeCare. Other systems we use are TES and APPVA. Experience with these systems is an advantage.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
