Department Head for Power Grid

In the Customer and Planning department, we work across a wide range from power grid regulation to customer connections, and we are now looking for our new department head.

We are working hard to enable the energy transition in our two owner municipalities, and we need you to guide us correctly in the new power grid regulations and take responsibility for several key issues in electrification.

Your Responsibilities

In your role, you will be a key player with many contacts and collaborations both internally and externally with customers, owner municipalities, and other grid companies. You will be responsible for grid market issues, regulatory reporting, handling connection cases, and grid development.

You will lead a competent team of 20 everyday heroes, together with a group manager, who hold roles as grid market analysts, grid developers, and connection planners, where some of the employees report directly to you. You will have a natural role in the management group of the business area, where we collectively take responsibility for the whole and develop the business area's strategy. Education and Previous Experience

With you as a leader, we gain a team player who masters the balance between trust and control.

You have:

• A university degree in engineering or economics.
• Several years of experience leading others.
• Knowledge of power grid regulation. Experience with contractual issues and grid development is a significant plus.
