As an area manager at Samhall, you hold a key position in our organization where you are responsible for employees, customer relationships, as well as daily operations and management, which means a varied, exciting, and operational job.

In Nyköping, you will be part of a team of seven area managers and report to the local operations manager.

About the position
You have a clear responsibility for developing your employees and matching the right employees to the right assignments. You also work to coach your employees towards new jobs outside of Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, making business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating conditions for development through work and education.

In customer responsibility, you are expected to develop collaboration with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and size of the assignments, you as an area manager are responsible for either one or several assignments. As the person responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good working environment and satisfied customers.

Who are you and what drives you to do?
You are passionate about leadership and believe in people's ability to develop. As a leader, you have the ability to develop and coach your employees and can match the right person to the right assignment. You are used to working goal- and result-oriented; both for your own performance but also in the larger perspective where you focus on the district's and region's development and success.

You have a business mindset and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and good relationships. One of your absolute strengths is to create and develop good relationships both externally and internally.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience in sales and customer relations with good results
• Experience working operationally with personnel and customers
• Industry experience in cleaning or laundry is an advantage
• At least a high school education
