AB Jokkmokkshus is a municipal real estate company consisting of 566 apartments and approximately 7,700 m2 of commercial space. The properties are located in Jokkmokk, Vuollerim, and Porjus. The company has 11 employees, of which 7 are property caretakers.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, has good service skills, can work independently as well as in a team, has a knack for practical problem-solving, and possesses good initiative.

A driving license (B) and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will include both internal and external property maintenance, rounds, and more. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues.

Employment details

This is a permanent full-time position, with start date to be agreed upon. A six-month probation period may apply. We process applications continuously, so please submit your application as soon as possible as the position may be filled before the application deadline.

32 days of vacation per year. Paid days off for public holidays and half days before public holidays are included in the employment.

On-call duty every sixth week may be included in the position.

Salary is negotiable.
