Our subsidiary HSB Förvaltning i MälarDalarna AB is now looking for a Team Leader in Property Maintenance.

Do you want to combine practical work with leading and coordinating a team?

As a team leader in property maintenance at HSB, you will have a varied and responsible assignment where you and your colleagues create security and comfort for our customers. In this role, you will initially focus heavily on external maintenance.

About the role

You will work practically with common tasks in property maintenance, with a main focus on external maintenance. At the same time, you will lead and manage the daily work of the team. The role involves planning and distributing tasks, following up on deliveries, and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality. You will not have personnel responsibility, but you are a key person in creating structure and collaboration within the group.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and plan the day's work together with the property maintenance team
• Ensure that the workday is efficient from an economic, operational, and environmental perspective
• Perform common practical tasks within property maintenance.
• Customer service and contact with residents and contractors
• Reporting in digital tools (UR-plan)

We are looking for someone who has

• Education with a focus on property management and/or gardening.
• Knowledge of managing green areas and plant knowledge is important in this role.
• Driving license B - Requirement
• Experience in property maintenance and preferably leading/coordinating tasks
• Operational experience with digital tools and interest in technology development/digitalization
• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental work
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Chainsaw license A-B
• Brushcutter training
