HSB MälarDalarna is a regional HSB association owned by its more than 37,000 members. We work with building and managing housing as well as economic and technical management of housing associations, municipalities, private property companies, and public actors. We are close to you and operate throughout Dalarna, Mälardalen, and Örebro County with regional offices in Borlänge, Västerås, and Örebro, as well as twelve local offices.

Our subsidiary HSB Förvaltning i MälarDalarna AB is now looking for property caretakers for the summer season April – October 2026, based in the towns of Borlänge and Ludvika.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will work with external property maintenance, mainly gardening, which includes weeding, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, some simple pruning, and cleaning. During the holiday months, you will also be involved in supervising our properties.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with similar tasks and have experience using motorized hand tools.

We prefer that you have completed your basic education and have a driver's license. It is also important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish.

Requirements

• Swedish
• Driver's license (B) for manual

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in property maintenance
• Experience in gardening
• Some form of education in gardening

Personal qualities

In the role of property caretaker, you will work closely with customers and represent HSB. Attributes such as attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and commitment are therefore important. You are positive and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.
