We are hiring ten green space workers for the 2026 season with the possibility of permanent employment. The position will be based in Ljungby.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Weeding

• Lawn mowing

• Planting

• Watering

• Cleaning & maintenance of commercial properties' outdoor environment

• Pruning of bushes & trees

Work in other locations may occur

Requirements for Green Space Workers at NordicGreenGroup 2026:

· Work and act in accordance with NGG's values

· Documented gardening education or equivalent

· At least two seasons of professional experience in the industry or similar

· B driver's license for manual transmission

· Work and act in accordance with NGG's Green Space Handbook

· Work in other locations

· Detail-oriented and responsible

· Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious: Work on roads, Chainsaw license A + B, Brushcutter license RA + RB, and Wheel Loader certification. B96 license.

We are looking for someone who is a natural and flexible initiator.

You have experience in customer interaction and appreciate having many contact points

as well as a varied workload.

Interested in gardening and enjoy working in all weather conditions.
