Job Description

We are looking for someone with experience in lacquering who has a sense of precision and quality. You are motivated by variety and enjoy taking on different materials and tasks. You will work on various lacquering assignments both independently and in a team.

• Your tasks will include:
• Preparation work - preparing and treating surfaces for lacquering, such as sanding, filling, and masking.
• Applying primer to final finish.
• Ensuring that the lacquering meets high quality standards and fulfills the company's requirements for precision and final results.
• Working on problem-solving regarding defects.
• Working with different types of lacquers and paint systems.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and following the company's safety procedures.
• Contributing to keeping a clean and organized workplace.
• Participating in efforts to continuously improve our processes and implement improved methods.
• Inventory management and purchasing.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 2-3 years of experience in lacquering work.
• A broad knowledge and understanding of fine carpentry.
• Experience working with wood materials.
• A high degree of independence and strong safety awareness.
• Good teamwork skills.
• An eye for quality and detail.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meriting, not a requirement

• Experience with wood materials.
• Specific knowledge in color theory and lacquer.
• Experience working independently on projects with clear deadlines.
