Are you meticulous, technically inclined, and experienced in laser cutting? We are looking for a Laser Operator at Solö Mechanical Solutions. With us, you will be part of a dedicated team where safety, quality, and development are highly valued.

In the role of laser operator, you will be responsible for efficient and safe production according to applicable drawings and production documents. You will work both independently and together with the production team to ensure the right quality and delivery precision.

• Set up and monitor laser cutting machines based on drawings and work orders

• Program or adjust cutting programs and optimize cutting parameters

• Perform ongoing quality checks and measurements

• Material handling, inbound and outbound logistics, and labeling of parts

• Troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and daily supervision of the machines

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production flows and work routines

• Follow the company's routines for work environment, safety, and quality

• Experience in laser cutting or working with similar machinery is an advantage (e.g., older Trumph TruLaser3030)

• Technical education or relevant experience in metalworking/manufacturing

• Knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques

• Experience with CAD/CAM programs or cutting programs is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Driving license B is desirable

• Meticulous and quality-conscious

• Responsible with good problem-solving skills

• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks

• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude

• Safety-conscious and organized in the work environment

• Full-time assignment via Solö Mechanical Solutions (3–6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on needs and performance)

• Location: Solö in Eskilstuna

• Working hours may be daytime or shifts depending on production needs
