ReGarden is looking for a site manager for our growing operations in Skåne.

This is an operational site manager role in development, where you will work closely with production in 2026 while gradually taking responsibility for planning, coordination, and daily management.

The operations in Skåne are in an early stage. Currently, there is an experienced climbing arborist with great commitment and good structure, who will function as a team leader from spring. The goal is to build a stable operation with several teams during 2026.

You will work alongside the owner during the startup phase, with clear guidance and support.

Job Description

As a site manager, you will combine responsibility for daily operations with practical work at customer sites. Your tasks will include:

• Receiving customer inquiries and handling order and customer reception
• Planning, coordinating, and following up on assignments
• Introducing and mentoring new employees
• Performing gardening services at customer sites, especially during the startup phase
• Ensuring quality, safety, and professional execution
• Being a link between staff, customers, and management

The role means that you will do part of the work yourself to fully understand the operations, and as the organization grows, the operational work will decrease in favor of a clearer site manager responsibility.

Important about the role

This is not a pure managerial or office role.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• be results-oriented and used to solving problems
• be able to make decisions and follow up on them in daily operations
• enjoy working practically in production
• be comfortable with computers and systems

In 2026, it is estimated that the role will consist of approximately 20–30 % order and customer reception, planning, and follow-up, with the remaining time spent on operational work, site visits, and mentoring.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented professional experience in gardening
• Has education as a gardener, horticulturist, or equivalent
• Is results-oriented, structured, and problem-solving
• Has worked operationally close to production and customers
• Is comfortable with computers and administrative systems
• Enjoys combining practical work with planning and responsibility
• Has a B driver's license
• Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in order and customer reception
• Experience in planning and coordinating assignments
• Previous role as a team leader, supervisor, or equivalent
• Experience in arborist work or tree pruning
• Chainsaw certification (A, B, or C)
• Experience with digital planning or business systems
