Production Planner with Preparation Responsibility

About the position

You are responsible for transforming customer orders and technical documentation into structured and traceable production documentation, as well as planning, monitoring, and adjusting production based on capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements. The work is conducted in business systems for manufacturing industries, where experience with Monitor or Odoo is advantageous.

Your main tasks

Plan and monitor production based on capacity and delivery requirements
Prepare production documentation for machine systems, modules, and final assembly
Ensure correct item structures, bill of materials, and operation sequences
Collaborate with purchasing on material planning and delivery reliability
Work with times, load, and production orders in business systems
Follow up on deviations and contribute to improvements in planning and preparation processes

Experience from the manufacturing industry
Experience in production planning and/or preparation
Good understanding of production flows and material management
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Good IT skills and experience with business systems
Experience with Monitor or Odoo is advantageous
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good English
Driver's license B
