We are expanding our team and looking for a head waiter responsible for events and dinners. The position is part-time starting from March 2026. The position will then transition to a full-time role from the beginning of June and revert to part-time in September.

What the role entails: Together with the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for guest contact before and during the event. You ensure quality assurance of service, food, and drinks going out to guests and have the ability to see a broader perspective on what needs to be prioritized. You will have an operational role in the restaurant where guest service and sales focus are a significant part of the work.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who preferably has previous restaurant experience, especially with a focus on events and larger banquets/dinners. Perhaps you are studying a program in service/tourism/events at university? This is a perfect opportunity for you to apply for a position where you work extra during the spring to then move to full-time during the summer and revert to a part-time position in the fall. You likely have had some form of responsibility in previous workplaces and have the ability to lead a group. You are someone who can bring energy to a group and see the whole picture of what needs to be done. You have an eye for detail while not being afraid to pitch in where needed.

Employment period: The position runs from 1/3-2026 and is a part-time position as needed. The position will expand to full-time from the beginning of June until the end of August and then revert to part-time.

Salary according to collective agreement with a responsibility supplement.
