Solliden Palace is the summer paradise of the Royal Family on Öland. The unique Solliden Palace Park is visited by approximately 70,000 visitors annually.

In addition to the park, we also work with exhibitions, guided tours, and events. In the Palace Shop, we offer customers a unique selection of gifts.

Our restaurant, Kaffetorpet, serves warm, well-prepared food, hearty sandwiches, and salads. We utilize the harvest from Solliden's garden and are constantly working to improve our offerings.

We are now looking for chefs for the 2026 season.

We are looking for an engaged chef with a genuine interest in food.

The work involves:

· Preparation and service.

· Safe handling of ingredients according to current regulations.

· Preparing dishes according to menus and recipes and ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen is of high quality - both in taste and presentation.

· Collaboration in the kitchen for efficient and safe workflow.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience in the culinary profession.

· Is resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

· Is creative and has a genuine interest in food.

· Is meticulous and organized.

· Appreciates teamwork.

The position is a seasonal employment from May to September.

Salary according to agreement.
