Mipro is looking for a part-time assembler/metallurgist for micromechanical assembly and processing with great precision and high quality standards.

The assembly is largely done with tweezers, but also in mechanical, electrical, and/or pneumatic machines. Partly large series.

Your background:

Mipro manufactures defense materials, and therefore we must impose certain requirements on the individuals who work with us.

- You must undergo and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection (background check)

- We can only employ Swedish citizens

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, due to our security and quality standards

- Those who work with us have confidentiality obligations, forever

Start: By agreement, March 2026.

The work requires no prior knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is dexterous, meticulous, and quick, so if you have a hobby that requires dexterity, it could be an advantage.

For us, it is important that you:

- Are meticulous and quality-conscious

- Are dexterous

- Have good vision (glasses/contact lenses are okay)

- Are efficient, engaged, and focused

- Are quick to learn and flexible, willing to perform new/different tasks

It is advantageous if you have:

- Experience in assembly

- Forklift license

And an extra plus if you have:

- Worked under a microscope

- Worked with tweezers

Workplace:

Skå, Ekerö municipality, Stockholm.

A driver's license and access to a car is an advantage (for travel to and from the workplace).

There is a bus stop next to the workplace, but only a few trips.

Otherwise, there is a stop about 2 km away, with a few trips that stop about 1 km from the workplace.

Employment:

Part-time, 25.5 hours/week.

Working hours: Three days/week, 7 AM - 4 PM (30 min lunch).

Possibility of full-time later.

Permanent employment.

Probationary employment applies, 6 months.

(We are closed for vacation 3-4 weeks during Christmas-August.)

Collective agreement: IF Metall.
