Svenco Papperssäckar AB is a family business currently run by the fourth generation. Our products are environmentally friendly and play an important role in the development of waste management in Sweden.

Svenco manufactures food waste bags and waste sacks made of paper for various waste fractions, with all manufacturing and administration located in Arlandastad since the 1970s.

We are a stable group of nearly 30 people, many of whom have been with us for a long time. We are now looking for an employee who is committed and wants to grow with us in the future.

We are looking for a Mechanic / Technician for our production.

The role includes operating our machine lines in daily operations.

Daily operations include tasks such as preparing raw materials, adjusting machine lines, quality control, minor repairs, and periodic maintenance.

For the truly engaged, there is development potential in the form of larger mechanical work on the machine lines and other equipment.

On-site at our factory, there is a small mechanical workshop to facilitate repairs and maintenance directly in our premises.

We prefer that you have a technical and mechanical interest, that you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and that you can solve problems both independently and together with our experienced employees.

Engagement, a willingness to learn, and dedication to the work are important, but we also prefer that you have a mechanical or technical background.

We work in 2 shifts, where every other week we work Mon-Thu 06-15 and on Fridays 06-16:48, and every other week Mon-Thu 15-24.

This means that you will have every other Friday off.

Due to the shift work, we prefer that applicants live in the local area.

Of course, you will learn to operate the machines and our routines with the help of our experienced operators, where you will receive training from the ground up to understand our entire production chain.
