We are looking for a customer representative for our client in Uppsala!

About the Position:As a customer representative, you will have the opportunity to work at a well-established company that offers great development opportunities in customer interaction and can kickstart your career in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and has a strong service orientation, as customer interaction plays a crucial role in the success of the business. You will be part of an inspiring and wonderful team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be to handle both new and existing customers.

As a customer representative, you will daily receive phone calls to make bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and serve as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. This is a full-time position with working hours during office hours.

Requirements:• Previous experience working in service and having daily customer contact.• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.• B driver's license, manual. (Automatic may work)• Can express yourself well verbally and easily communicate with customers as well as colleagues.

Meritorious:• Previous experience in tires or cars.
