JOB DESCRIPTION As a CNC operator at Diab, you play an important role in the manufacturing process. You work in a modern CNC environment where precision, quality, and safety are crucial. The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues in production, quality, and technology.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Processing details in CNC machines according to drawings and specifications

• Setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines based on finished programs

• Making adjustments and changing tools as needed before new series

• Working with measurement technology and performing self-checks to ensure the right quality

• Documenting and following up quality requirements according to established routines

• Packing and handling finished products according to instructions and safety regulations

• Contributing to order, cleanliness, and a safe working method in production

The work is varied and developing. You will regularly work with new drawings, different materials, and details with tight tolerances, which places high demands on accuracy and technical understanding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TEAM

Diab's CNC department consists of about 20 employees with broad experience and high competence. There is a good collaboration here, where everyone helps each other and shares knowledge. Safety, quality, and continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday life, and all employees are expected to contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in CNC production or a strong interest in machines and technology. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Education as a CNC operator or technical high school education

• Experience in CNC machining within industrial production (meritorious)

• Good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement technology

• Ability to perform quality assessments according to documented requirements

• Forklift license and experience operating pallet trucks

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
