Lead Installer in Water and Environmental Technology

About the Role:

As a lead installer, you will play a central role in their projects, where you will be responsible for planning and leading installation, repairs, and welding, primarily in stainless steel, at customer sites. Your work will also involve service and maintenance of machinery as well as modifications of piping systems.

You will act as an important link between project management and installation, with direct contact with customers to plan and execute work efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for material handling, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination of subcontractors.

A key part of the role is to conduct risk analyses and act as BAS-U, as well as participate in construction meetings and ensure that quality controls are performed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience in a leading role within industry, water supply, or similar operations. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in installation and service work within industry or water supply.
• Experience in conducting risk analyses and occupational safety.
• Experience in welding, preferably with welding certification in method 141, material group 8 (stainless steel).
• Experience navigating 3D models is a plus.
• High school education in technology or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• The ability to work in a team and handle rapid changes.
