JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to work with us. We are seeking an experienced nursing assistant. The position will be located in both Lomma and Bjärred home care.

You will work within home care, particularly in residential care including short-term placements. You will perform tasks based on delegation from a nurse. Examples of tasks may include wound dressing, dialysis, feeding tubes, sample collection, injections, and medication distribution.

You will collaborate with nurses, care staff, as well as occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

Documentation is done in the Life Care journal system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Specialist-trained and/or experienced nursing assistant (protected professional title)
• Student nurse, semester 5-6.
• Experience in geriatrics and municipal home care is an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing

Important personal qualities include the ability to collaborate, independence, flexibility, and the ability to take responsibility.
