Do you have experience in warehouse work and forklift driving? Are you a team player? Are you interested in working full-time for a period as a process operator?

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a process operator at Lantmännen during their peak season, which runs from February to August/September. In the role of process operator, you will work together with a small team in a warehouse, so we emphasize personal qualities and previous experience. Lantmännen has a strong focus on the work environment and works strategically with safety issues to ensure a safe environment for all employees. Therefore, in this role, you need to have a safety mindset related to the work environment.

The tasks include forklift driving and order picking. The goods are various types of grain that need to be delivered to Lantmännen's customers. With regard to the goods, you cannot be sensitive to dust or dirt. In order picking, you will need to pick in kilograms, which means you need to be comfortable with numbers and mental arithmetic.

The working hours are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. The workplace is centrally located in Västerås.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired out to our client Lantmännen.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous in your work. You should be solution-oriented, have a strong work ethic, a twinkle in your eye, and you should not be afraid to jump in where needed. To thrive in the position, you need to be responsible, self-driven, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You also need to have an eye for safety to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.

It is required that you have:

• Driver's license B
• High school education
• Forklift license A1-4, B1-4
• Experience in forklift driving and warehouse work

In addition, you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You also need to be good with mental arithmetic and comfortable with numbers.
