As an order picker at KGA warehouse in Örebro, you will work in a team where the main task is to efficiently and accurately pick customer orders. The work is primarily done using a forklift (mainly B4) and may include picking from shelves as well as handling incoming and outgoing deliveries. The warehouse management includes beverages, including alcoholic drinks and spirits, which means you need to handle these products according to current procedures.

The work is active and physically demanding with heavy lifting and a fast pace. You will need to document picking and follow work routines and safety regulations to ensure correct and safe handling of goods.

The working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays (Monday–Friday), during day and evening shifts.

Initially, the day shift will be from 06:00 to 12:00 and the evening shift from 15:00 to 21:00. When the season picks up later in the spring, the working hours will be from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:45.

This is a flexible part-time job where you will work an average of 2–3 days a week, making it possible to combine the job with studies, other work, or your own business. During the summer period, we prefer that you are available to work at least 3 days a week.

The position starts with two weeks of full-time training (Monday–Friday). The training will be held in the evening from 15:00 to 21:00.

You will be employed by Storesupport by Job&Talent and work on behalf of our client KGA.

SalaryThe position is covered by GFL salary (average earning level). This means that you as a hired employee have the same average salary as comparable employees at the client company, in accordance with the principle of equal pay for equal work. The hourly wage is 180.81 SEK per hour, in addition to this, vacation pay and OB will be added according to the collective agreement.

The start date for the position is from February and ongoing during the spring.

• To be employed in this position, it is required that you have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples include studies at least part-time (50%), other work with guaranteed employment of at least 50%, your own business, or elite sports. Proof of main occupation will be required before any employment.

• Valid forklift license A1–4 + B1–4. The B4 forklift is primarily used at KGA, and experience with it is advantageous.

• Handling of alcohol and spirits in connection with order picking.

• Work introduction, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, so you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.

• Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
