We are now looking for an operations manager for our team in Stockholm. The position is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. You will work weekdays during the day and be part of a collaborative management team consisting of a Business Unit Manager, two Operations Managers, and a MAS.

As an operations manager, you will have overall responsibility for:

Leadership & personnel responsibility• Coaching and development of approximately 15-20 nurses in several different regions. • Work environment, quality, and the team's daily conditions

Business development & customer relations• Further development of existing assignments and establishment of new customers• Close collaboration with our customers in LSS and psychiatry.

Economy & administration• Budget, follow-up, and profitability• Resource planning, invoicing, as well as quality and development work

Here you will have a broad and varied role where you both lead, develop, and drive the business forward – while maintaining close contact with both customers and employees.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• are a licensed nurse or social worker • have professional experience in your profession• have experience with LSS • have documented leadership experience – preferably also in business development or sales• are solution-focused, engaged, and contribute positive energy• have a good understanding of economics and can translate results into improvements
