We provide both dementia care and somatic care, as well as short-term units. Sundbyberg city’s elderly care is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, which is a tool for effective quality management.
In addition to care staff, we have quality coordinators, caretakers, and activity leaders, and we have access to a therapy dog and music therapist.
We are now looking for a licensed nurse with group leader responsibility. The group consists of you, 5 nurses, 1 occupational therapist, and 1 physiotherapist. This is a role for someone who is driven and wants to shape modern elderly care, and you will work closely with the unit manager.
- An independent job where you can shape your workdays under your own responsibility.
- Monday to Friday daytime with duty every sixth weekend.
- Opportunity for professional development, e.g., leadership training.
- Support from easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists from our quality management system that facilitate your tasks.
- Safe and present leadership with short decision-making paths.
- An open and unpretentious work climate with a lot of humor, joy at work, and community.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, meticulous, curious, and responsible, with good communication and pedagogical skills and a genuine interest in working with the elderly. We would prefer you to be a specialist in elderly care or dementia.
As a nurse, you will work throughout the facility when regular nurses are off. You will have a leadership role where it is important to create a team together with the care staff to offer residents safe and person-centered care with a focus on a meaningful and dignified day based on their wishes and needs.
As a group leader, you will lead the nurses' work so that it is coordinated and of high quality. You will plan and follow up on the team's work, conduct self-assessments, collaborate with Sundbyberg city’s MAS, coordinate work with students at the unit, and support team members in their professional development. You will contribute to operational plans, patient safety reports, and other reports and investigations.
