About the Position

We at Ikett are now looking for a CNC operator for one of our clients in Molkom. The position is located in the machining department, where you will work in a modern and varied production environment with both milling and turning machines.

You will be responsible for the entire process, from setting up the material to deburring the finished part, including program adjustments. Problem-solving and inventiveness are essential when setting up new parts, as one-off production requires creativity.

As an operator, you will work with one-off production, which means that no day is the same. You will:

Work with CNC-controlled milling and turning machines.
Perform setup, rigging, and deburring.
Adjust programs as needed and ensure the quality of your parts.
Be involved in problem-solving and development during new setups.

Initially, you will work daytime hours, and once you feel comfortable in the role, you will transition to a two-shift schedule.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Workshop experience and technical interest.
Knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques for mechanical components.
A basic understanding of machining processes.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
A driver's license and access to a car.

Meritorious:

Forklift and overhead crane licenses.
Experience with Heidenhain or Okuma control systems.
Knowledge of CAM programs, preferably MasterCAM.
