The role of farm employee:

We are looking for someone who wants to be an important part of our team in Näsum. As a farm employee with us, you will have a varied assignment with a primary focus on managing the irrigation in our tunnel cultivations – a crucial effort to ensure our plants thrive and deliver top-quality berries.

Your tasks include:

Irrigation, daily operation of our tunnel system.

Technical maintenance, supervision, and simple repairs of drip irrigation lines.

Control, measurement, and documentation of moisture and nutrient levels in the field for optimal growth.

Plant care: planting, maintenance, and tying up. As well as introducing and monitoring beneficial insects.

As the weather dictates our operations, the position may involve varying working hours, including weekends during the peak season.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in cultivation with a certain interest in technology.

Experience: Previous experience in agriculture and irrigation systems is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

Driver's license: A valid B driver's license is required (or alternatively a tractor license/AM).

Certification for plant protection use is meritorious.

Personality: You are self-driven, punctual, and enjoy working closely with nature. You have good teamwork skills but can also work independently as well as in a team.
