Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome with us. We are looking for a new colleague for our gardening team in Trelleborg.

We are currently seeking employees who want to help maintain our customers' residential gardens in Trelleborg during the 2026 season, starting in early April and ending in the fall.

What Will You Do?

The gardening team, which we are now looking for employees for, works with pure gardening maintenance. Daily tasks include weeding in planting areas, weed control on hard surfaces, pruning, and hedge trimming. Planting perennials, trees, and shrubs may also occur.

Working in gardening is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work in a team, planning your days together and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors, and you get to be physically active all day long. The job includes driving vehicles with trailers and what that entails.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you handle time reporting and similar tasks.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You have good knowledge of plants and green space maintenance or a curiosity and interest in learning. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you work in a team, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere in the workgroup. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with residents of the housing cooperatives. You are practically inclined and enjoy being active.

As we work with machines and motor-driven gardening tools, experience with machinery is an advantage.

A driving license for manual transmission is a requirement.
