We are now looking for a breakfast cook for Home Hotel Grand in Helsingborg who wants to become part of our family.

About the position:

• Prepare and take care of our fantastic breakfast buffet
• Together with the breakfast team, assist with purchasing and inventory
• Bake for our snacks that we serve every day, which is part of the Home concept
• Prepare and cook lunches for our conference guests
• Work shifts are scheduled mornings, weekends, and sometimes evenings as needed
• We help each other, which means you will also clear dishes, serve coffee to our breakfast guests, and take care of the dishes
• You report to the Breakfast Manager

About you:

• You are flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic experiences for our guests
• Ability to turn challenges into opportunities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards even under pressure
• You love to bake as snacks are part of our concept
• You are a strong problem solver with a proactive work approach
• Good at communication and attentive to details
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and making independent decisions
• You have documented experience as a cook for at least three years, from hotels, restaurants, or large kitchens
• You are a team player and see the kitchen as a unit
• You have a lot of energy, courage, and enthusiasm
• You speak and write Swedish

This is a temporary position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role includes varying working hours distributed across mornings, daytime, weekends, and sometimes evening shifts as needed.
