Your Responsibilities

Crusher Operator
As a Crusher Operator, your main tasks will involve process control and monitoring of the crushing and processing production facility. You will perform daily rounds, inspections of the crushers, alarm checks, and other operational-related tasks. If you have a crane license, fall protection or hot work certification, machine operator experience, blasting knowledge, or mechanical skills, it is an advantage. The work is performed under continuous shift work K3, and there will be internal training for the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is responsible and engaged in their work. You have your own drive, are flexible, and enjoy delivering well-executed work. You should be able to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and also work well in a team with others; therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

For this position, we require you to have a high school education or equivalent competence and a good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as a B driver's license. You are expected to be easy to collaborate with, responsible, and have a strong safety mindset, as safety culture is one of Boliden's focus areas.
