About the role

As a Sales Representative at Lendo, you play a key role in our team. Your main task is to contact customers who have previously been in touch with us, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their situation. With an advisory and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The aim is to assist them in finding the best loan based on their individual situation.

📞 The phone will be your primary tool where you actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results. With your charm, energy, and sales instinct, you help customers in a professional and fair manner.

We are looking for someone who loves to talk, wants to develop in sales, and enjoys having goals to aim for!

📌 High school diploma.

📌 Experience in sales and working via phone.

📌 Good computer and system skills.

📌 Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Scope, working hours, and start date

The position is a full-time employment and you will be based at Lendo's beautiful headquarters in central Stockholm. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and you can also work from home about 2–3 times a week when you are comfortable in the role.

For this role, we apply a probationary period and background checks before potential employment.
