JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who have a great drive and initiative to act as a problem solver and manage workshop issues.

You will support our workshop manager in daily tasks such as invoicing, complaints, insurance matters, managing supplier portals, and other administrative tasks. You will work both at the workshop in Kalmar and in Färjestaden.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this job, we are confident that you can find solutions to most problems and are full of energy and perseverance. You are also stress-resistant and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. We place great value on customer focus, and you should be cooperative, flexible, and have good organizational skills.

We believe you have worked with service of machines/vehicles for several years and know what it takes to meet today’s demands for good and fast service. You will receive further training from our suppliers.

You should be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be self-driven, meticulous, organized, a team player, flexible, and have a strong customer focus.

A driver's license, good computer skills, and English proficiency are required as we have daily contact with foreign suppliers.
