Båstad Seafood AB is a fish and delicacy store with manual counters and a restaurant section. We have been around for over 11 years and are located in the Entré Båstad shopping area. We are now looking for a kitchen assistant who can become an important part of our wonderful and family-oriented team.

We are looking for someone who is driven, outgoing, and self-sufficient. With us, you will prepare both cold and hot dishes ranging from fish soups, fish casseroles to sandwich cakes and shrimp sandwiches.

Scheduled hours are weekdays from Monday to Friday 8-18, Saturdays 8-16. An example of a schedule is: Tuesday 8-16, Wednesday 8-18, Thursday 8-14, Friday 8-18, and every other Saturday to make full-time hours work. The position needs to be filled as soon as possible.

As a person, we see that you have previous experience in cooking and customer service. This job suits you if you want and can give that little extra and have a sense and eye for your work. We offer a rich selection of fine ingredients from the sea to work with, where you can be creative and take your own initiatives!

You must have a positive attitude, enjoy challenges, and be stress-resistant.

Your tasks will include cooking both cold and hot dishes. Planning the daily lunch, New Year's menu including certain catering assignments throughout the year is included. Selling fish and seafood over the counter when the kitchen is quiet, cleaning, purchasing, and restocking. Some heavy lifting occurs in the workplace.
